Roles Across Our Team

The people behind the 21-day programme

Punarjjany is run by a small clinical and care team spanning medicine, psychology, Ayurveda, social work, and daily campus life. These are the kinds of roles that make up our team — reach out even if you don't see an exact match; we keep strong applications on file for when a position opens.

MO

Medical Officer (MBBS)

Assesses residents on admission and oversees medical care throughout the programme, alongside our consulting psychiatrist.

MD

Consultant Psychiatrist

Provides psychiatric assessment and guidance on medication, used only when clinically necessary.

CP

Clinical Psychologist

Runs individual counselling sessions that address the psychological roots of addiction.

MSW

Medical Social Worker

Leads family therapy sessions and helps residents' families rebuild communication and trust.

AT

Ayurveda Therapist

Delivers traditional therapies — Shirodhara, Uzhichil, and herbal treatments — as part of each resident's daily routine.

RC

Recovery Support Counsellor

Guides daily structure, group sessions, and community life on campus alongside residents and their families.

Kitchen & Housekeeping Staff

Keeps the campus, meals, and daily routine running — quietly essential to a programme built on structure and care.

Front Office & Administration

First point of contact for enquiring families — handles admissions coordination, records, and day-to-day office work.
